Customers can review the progress of current day concrete shipments, including real time ETA of incoming loads using the GPS technology of the delivery fleet. Need to quickly place an order request into dispatch? Use the Order Request section to request an order for an upcoming job. Dispatch will receive the email and contact the requester to confirm the order details and delivery date/time. In addition, the Hanson myCRETE - San Diego app offers customers the option of subscribing to real time shipment notifications via text, email or in app. The myCRETE San Diego app provides access to information that would normally require phone calls to dispatch.
